ROOM RENTAL Rates

$100 / hour (3-hr min) + $25 / employee (per hour)

For party sizes of 15-25 guests, 2 employees (1 bartender, 1 server) is typical. For 25-50 guests, 3 employees (1 bar, 2 servers) is typical. For 50-70 guests, 4 employees (2 bar, 2 servers) is typical. And for 70-100 guests, 5 employees (2 bar, 3 servers) is typical. Employee counts are subject to change.

the fine print

A deposit is required to hold a date and time
Sales tax and an 18% gratuity are added to the final bill
Maximum capacity on the third floor is 100 guests
No outside food or drink permitted, unless agreed in writing beforehand
