Amuse Bouche - Oyster Rockefeller (1 pc each) - Pernod cream - spinach - house made bacon
Blood & Sea - Port wine poached beets - micro greens - blood orange vinaigrette - scallop ceviche - radish escabeche - grilled heirloom carrots - charred grape tomatoes
Intermezzo - Wasabi cucumber sorbet - lime juice - apple juice
Prawn & Kobe - Tempura fried U8 prawn - sweet chile glaze - Kobe New York Strip - truffle scented veal glaze - duchess potatoes (Yukon gold potato purée with egg yolk, butter, and herbs) - sriracha, olive oil, honey and rice wine vinegar coated and roasted cauliflower - grilled asparagus
Red Velvet Trio (6 pc) - Red velvet cake pops, 2 dipped in an amaretto white chocolate ganache, 2 dipped in a red hot cinnamon candy caramel, and 2 dipped in a toasted coconut dark chocolate ganache
Cost is $110 per person and reservations through OpenTable are required.
